- Coverage varies greatly, but your services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers. Below are some helpful questions to ask:
- Does my insurance benefits include mental health services?
- Is the preferred provider in-network with my plan?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Will I be required to pay a copay?
- Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
- What is my deductible?
- Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?
- We will also verify your benefits prior to your first session. Please have your insurance information available when you are calling to make an appointment if you desire to use it.
- If I am out-of-network with your particular insurance company I can provide you with a statement that you may submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
Blue Sparrow Counseling allows a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule and will work with you try and reschedule an appointment within the same week. However, a $90 fee will be charged for missed appointments without 24 hour notification.
